In March 2024, he and his partner, Susana Gómez, welcomed their first child, Paris. He announced the pregnancy months earlier during a live show, premiering the music video for Procura, which showed ultrasound visits and family celebrations.
Since becoming a dad, Maluma has spoken openly about protecting children from the chaotic, high-volume environments of his tours. He told fans he would never expose Paris to the noise of his concerts without proper safety.
