DOJO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a complaint, please send a written notification containing the following information to our designated Copyright Agent at:

Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website (such as the exact URL).
4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, DOJO will promptly:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user who posted the material about the takedown.
• If appropriate, provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or where your address is located if outside the U.S.) and consent to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
