Launched in 2019, Skims has grown from a shapewear brand into a billion-dollar fashion powerhouse known for its body-conscious designs, inclusivity, and solutions-first approach. Founded by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede, Skims has built a reputation for creating sleek, comfortable essentials that fit a wide range of body types. With past collaborations selling out in minutes, a Nike partnership was always going to turn heads.
About the collection
The first NikeSKIMS drop includes 58 pieces across seven collections, spanning performance and lifestyle wear. Expect foundational staples like double-strap scoop bras, footsie leggings, and mini shorts, alongside layering pieces such as side-snap sweatpants, wrap tops, and oversized track jackets.
Nike says the collection blends its athletic innovation with Skims’ sculpting expertise, designed to move seamlessly from the gym to everyday wear. Hero looks will be showcased in Bodies at Work, a campaign film directed by Janicza Bravo, featuring more than 50 athletes including Sha’Carri Richardson, Serena Williams, Jordan Chiles, Chloe Kim, and Nelly Korda — alongside Kardashian herself.

For Nike, this marks a bold push to deepen its women-focused business, which has grown but struggled to hit the cultural heights of its men’s offerings.
