USA Judo has officially announced a new partnership with VIRUS International, naming the performance apparel company as the organization’s Official National Team Outfitter through 2028.
The partnership marks a major move for USA Judo as the organization continues building toward the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
VIRUS Expands Presence In Combat Sports
VIRUS has become widely recognized throughout combat sports for its performance-focused training gear and compression apparel used by athletes in MMA, grappling and high-performance fitness.
According to USA Judo, the partnership will go beyond simple apparel sponsorship and include marketing support, athlete-focused innovation and long-term collaboration.
USA Judo CEO Corinne Shigemoto praised the partnership and described it as an important step for the organization’s future heading toward LA2028.
Technology-Driven Performance Gear
One of the biggest focuses of the partnership is VIRUS’ specialized fabric technology.

USA Judo Team Gear Debut Set For Summer
Fans and athletes are expected to get their first look at the new USA Judo x VIRUS gear during the Cadet World Championships in Guayaquil, Ecuador later this year.
The brand will also begin selling exclusive USA Judo merchandise during national-level competitions, starting with the Senior National Championships in Albuquerque.
